The Free plan lets you run campaigns from inboxes you already own. Nothing needs to be turned on. This page lists what Free includes and where its limits are.
What Free includes
- Your own inboxes. Connect Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or SMTP inboxes for free. See Send campaigns from an inbox you already have.
- 1,000 credits, once. No card needed, and they never expire. See How credits work.
Sending limits on Free

When the workspace reaches 100 cold emails in a day, Kenso holds the rest and sends them the next day.
What needs the Platform plan
- More sending. Platform includes 200,000 sends and 5,000 credits each month.
- Buying inboxes and domains through Kenso. See Set up sending domains and check their DNS.
- LinkedIn accounts.
