One Platform plan, with credits for everything else

Ken now has one paid plan, Platform: $200 a month, $540 a quarter or $1,920 a year. Each billing month includes 200,000 sends, 5,000 credits that roll over one month and 1 free AI campaign build. Contacts, workflows, seats and workspaces are unlimited.

Everything else runs on credits, at 1 credit = $0.02. A valid email found costs 1 credit, AI personalization 300 credits per 1,000 rows, a Ken inbox 200 credits a month and a LinkedIn account 1,500 credits a month. Before a campaign starts, Ken shows how many credits it will use.

Admins buy credits in Settings › Billing with Buy credits, at $20 per 1,000. Bought credits never expire. Auto top-up buys a pack when your balance drops below the number you set, at most 3 times in 24 hours.

On an older plan, you keep your price for 12 months, plus monthly credits, never fewer than 5,000.
