If your company has to approve Ken before you can connect a Gmail or Outlook inbox, you can now send your IT admin what they need. The Gmail connect dialog has a Send to your admin card, and so does the Outlook dialog when Microsoft asks for admin consent. Press Copy message or Email it to send your admin Ken's client ID and a link to the admin guide.
The guide needs no Ken login. It shows a Google Workspace admin how to trust Ken in the Google Admin console, with screenshots. A Microsoft 365 admin gets a consent button for each Ken app.
You can also connect an inbox that is not the email you sign in with. Ken asks Is this mailbox yours? and Yes, it's mine connects it. Before, Ken refused it. Other refused connects now say what to do instead of showing an error code.
