Each reply in a thread now opens on what the prospect wrote. Ken folds the signature and the quoted history below it, so a two-line answer is no longer buried under contact details and your own email. Press Show signature or Show quoted history to open them.
Replies written in Word or Outlook no longer show raw style code such as "MsoNormal" as the message. Logos in signatures show in place instead of as attachments.
In the Replies list, unread replies have a dot, and the channel filter for all, email and LinkedIn messages is a row of icons. Marking a reply done, saving it or changing its tag shows Undo in the toast for 6 seconds.
Search matches names, email addresses, domains and message text.
