CC coworkers at the same company on one email

When a campaign has several leads at one company, Ken can now send them one email instead of one each. Open the campaign's Settings tab and tick CC people at the same company, under Scheduling. It is off by default.

Ken ranks the coworkers by seniority and job title, from founders and owners down through C-level, VP, director, manager and senior roles. The highest-ranked person goes in To, and Ken copies up to 2 of the others in Cc.

The email counts as one send. With the setting on, Ken skips AI personalization for leads who share a company with another lead in the campaign.

Each Cc address gets the same checks as the To address. Ken leaves out anyone on your blocklist, marked do not contact, unsubscribed or with a hard bounce.
