Open files prospects send and attach files to forwards

Files that prospects send now show in the thread. In Replies, a reply with a file has a paperclip on its row. Open the reply and each file appears as a chip under the message. Click a chip to download the file. The same chips show on a lead's Conversation tab in a campaign.

You can also attach files when you forward an email. Press Forward, then Attach in the composer. Add up to 5 files, 8 MB each and 10 MB in total, as PDF, JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, TXT or CSV. Each file uploads right away, and you can remove it before you send.

Attachments go out with forwards only. A reply to the sender cannot carry files.
