Fixes from Sep 28 to Oct 4.
- Replies that a mail provider put in spam never reached Ken. Ken now also reads each inbox's spam or junk folder and brings real replies into Replies. Warmup and bulk mail stay out.
- Cold emails went out with no sender name. They now show the inbox's display name, or its first and last name.
- New sign-ups could get stuck on the onboarding profile step with "We couldn't verify your workspace". They get through now, and Continue shows progress while it works.
- The campaign Leads table could show personalization text under the wrong variable, and campaigns with AI personalization variables failed to load leads. Both work now.
- With Don't allow duplicates from other campaigns off, imports still skipped everyone already in your workspace. They now follow the campaign's Deduplication settings.
- Analytics for a campaign that had not sent yet showed Pipeline data delayed and 0% rates. It now says Not started.
- Placement tests could fill a missing variable with random letters. They now use your real sequence copy and skip a test when a variable has no value or fallback.
