Fixes from Oct 5 to 11.
- Ken kept sending follow-ups to people who had replied. A real reply now stops the sequence. Out-of-office replies, auto-replies and bounces do not.
- Follow-ups often came from a different inbox than the first email, as a "Re:" from a stranger. They now go from the first email's inbox and thread, before new leads. If that inbox left the campaign, another inbox starts a new thread.
- Connecting Claude.ai, ChatGPT or VS Code to Ken failed with "Oops, something went wrong". It works again.
- Opening an ad platform in Settings › Integrations, and some domain and LinkedIn account actions, failed with "Something went wrong". They work again.
- A provider rate limit took Gmail and Microsoft inboxes out of sending for 24 hours. Ken now waits and retries.
- The Inboxes table showed Paused warmup for some warming Gmail and Outlook inboxes. It shows the real state, and a failed Enable warmup says why.
- Ken stripped every 1x1 image from cold emails, yours included. It now strips only its own tracking pixel.
- Out-of-office replies counted as replies. They now sit in Replies › Automated and don't count.
