Connect the Gmail, Outlook or SMTP inbox you already use

You can now send campaigns from inboxes you already own. Go to Delivery › Inboxes, press Connect Inbox and pick a card:

• Gmail for Google Workspace inboxes. A Workspace admin trusts the Ken Mail app once per domain, using the Client ID Ken shows. Then press Login.
• Outlook for work or school Microsoft 365 inboxes. Press Sign in with Microsoft. If your organization requires it, Ken shows the steps for an IT admin to approve Ken Mail once.
• SMTP for any other mail host, with SMTP and IMAP details. Gmail and Microsoft 365 hosts are refused here, so use their cards.

Ken sends through each connection and brings replies into Replies. Each connected inbox's menu has Verify connection, Reconnect and Disconnect, and its side panel shows when it was last verified.

Personal Outlook.com accounts are not supported. You need edit access to Delivery.
