Cold emails no longer show raw HTML tags

Fixes from August 24 to 30.

• Some cold emails reached prospects with HTML tags such as <p> showing in the text. Emails now go out with a plain-text and an HTML version, so recipients see normal formatting.
• Replies stopped getting tags such as Interested. Ken classifies replies again.
• Campaigns kept sending after the end of their sending window and past Max Emails per Day. Sending now stops at both.
• Pausing and resuming a campaign could drop the rest of its sequence. A paused campaign now holds its queued emails and sends them when its window next opens after you resume.
• Replying to or forwarding older threads from Replies failed. Both work again.
• The All count in Replies showed 100 instead of the real total, and warmup mail landed in To Reply. The count is real now, and warmup mail stays out of To Reply.
• Date ranges on the dashboard and campaign analytics ended yesterday. They now include today, and the chart shows every day in the range.
• In an inbox's Settings, Save changes now also saves Forward to my own email.
